Very positive experience was very timely in communications, both over the phone and in person. House was vacant during this listing, and he took care of all the maintenance issues once they had a contract on it even to the point of paying the electrician to fulfill the inspection requirements.(of course, I reimbursed him.) Very personable Puts a real good effort into trying to market the house. I was grateful to have him on site since I was up in Woodbridge when this house was on the market. I would recommend this agent to anyone that asks.

We moved from GA, and while we weren't quite ready at the immediate time to buy our new home, Brad worked with us on finding a temporary Rental, a lovely one at that. Once we were finally ready to start looking for our new home we contacted Brad again, and he was so excited to get started immediately on finding us the perfect home. Brad is hard working, always on call, extremely knowledgeable, puts everything into helping find the home you want, respectful, and a delight to work with. We would recommend him to anyone for selling or buying the perfect home for you, and if we ever did move again which I dont think we will because the home we've bought now is perfect, we absolutely call him again.
